well i just got my greddy type s in the mail today. so psyched to see how it will go. i'm simply replacing the stock bpv with the type s. going to use the same vacume line and have my pops make me an aluminum adapter to fit into the stock hose. excited and anxious to see what will be the outcome as, i think, i'll be the first to do the swap on the MSM. wish me luck.

well, got the "s" in today. came home and found a beautifully made adapter, thanks to the "pops". installation was about 20 min.

car was running a little boggy when i started it up. went for a test drive, conclusion: after pulling out of gear into neutral, car would almost bogg down to about 300rpm then bounce back to 1000rpm then bounce again to 300rpm then settle into 700 rpm. this was a no no.

whipped out the tools and adjusted the "s" to where there is about 4-5 threads left on the top screw. conclusion: no bogging after pulling gear into neutral and no stalling. BINGO!

overall very happy with the install. will need to get the adapter for the "s" though. just a tiny bit of a whistle rather then a pssssssssch.

pics to look at.

p.s. no turkey(piss)

pops is a metal fabricator. he has been working with metal since he was like 14 i think on ship yards. anyways, hard pipes for new, bigger, intercooler are almost half way done(that he to is fabbing up(rockon)). propaply won't be adding that until after vacation, which is around mid aug.

that adapter flange is pretty nice. can't wait to see the progress on your upgraded intercooler and hard pipes.

oh yeah, might want to make some kind of bracket to hold up the BOV...the hoses don't look like they will hold the weight of the BOV for long
