I just recieved my vac/boost gauge and tried to intsall it this morning. I tapped into a rubber line going to the intake manifold (pic below). With everything hooked up I only got vac and no boost but i was only reving the engine. What is the probem, do I just need to take it out on the road and it will work or could their be a check vavle where I put my t-valve so no pressure can get in. could somebody help me out a little. If someone could give me a pic of a better place to input that would be awsome. Thanks.

I installed a boost gauge today, I had to take it out and drive it to get a boost reading. You will not get a boost reading by reving the engine.

what you need to do is to take your index and middle fingers put them together (like the boy scout sign ) and then stick them in your ass, that will get anything to work . or just go for a drive

Damn, what a responce. You might get it to read 1 or 2 psi max if you really get on it in neutral...
