OP, What year is your ride? Could be an alignment. Could be the tires are out of balance. Could be suspension issues.

I have done a airbox mod, Gm Stage 2 tune and pulley, Poly mounts. I have wanted to do so much more but I never seem to have the money to do so. That and the wife puts the kibosh on a lot of things. (smash)
