I have a custom made Stealthbox with a 8" JL Audio 8w0-4 that I bought from another board member. Sadly, I am selling my MS3 so I have no need for this anymore. It fits fine in the jack area with 2 bolts. PM me if interested and I can take some pics, etc.
Possibly a newb question. But how would I go about splicing the line level to RCA? I'm guessing take wire taps from the L+L- and R+R- before the Bose amp. But can I just cut off the ends of a standard RCA cable and tap into that? I'm not sure what the inside of RCA cables look like. Also...
I want to mount my amp under the passenger seat where the Bose subwoofer is currently. For those of you that have done this, how did you secure the amp? I want to avoid drilling into the floor pan as rust is a big issue in MI.
Sorry guys I already posted this in the MZ3 marketplace, but I meant to post it here. Not that it matters for this item. Anyways...
I'm looking for the stealth box that fits into the jack stand area of the hatch. It appears mazda3stealthbox.com is no longer up and running. So if anyone has...

Quick question guys. As the title states are the the 07 MS3 shocks the same as the 07 mazda3 shocks? Imy rear shock failed and my dealer always hasissues confusing MS3 parts with Mazda3 for whatever reason. I just want to see it there's any chance of them installing the wrong shocks or if it...
I'm in the Royal Joke now. Does that sound pretty good without any sound deadening? I get quite a bit of buzzing in the doors from bass notes even with just the stock Bose system. Especially now that it's cold.
Go Green! Glad to see a fellow alum with a sweet ride. Install looks great. I want to do the same thing. I'm thinking of using a JL sub. Ringer for heisman!
I've never had a problem. The filter would need to be submeged to really suck anything up. Plus I have an Ingen Hydroshield on mine, but I got that mainly to keep the filter clean longer, rather than for its water repellent properties.
There already is some sort of blue ambient light right above the ashtray, I'm not sure if it is LED or not. But if you are going for overhead from what I've noticed most cars that have this as an OEM feature the light does not turn off with the headlights, but you can't see the light during the...
Search there's a lot of threads on radar detector selection. I would bite the bullet and get one of the better ones, they are worth it. Concensus seems to be the Escort Passport 8500x50 and Valentine1 lead the pack. If you want a cordless the Escort Solo S2 is an option, but performance can...
I have mine my passport 8500x50 just to the right of the rear view mirror a couple of inches below the headliner. Then I have the wire routed through the headliner down the passenger side A-pillar down to the fuse box. It works great there. High placement is best for radar. Low placement is...
