Okay, I ended up replacing the intake hose with a Dorman 696-601, and of course the 90 degree elbow connector snapped when I tried to remove it, so I replaced it as well. (I replaced it with a universal straight vacuum connector.) I'm still getting a check engine light, but it's idling smooth...

As a matter of fact, my air intake tube did have a crack in it, but I tried my best to seal it off, then wrapped it in duct tape. Maybe it still has a leak? I guess I'm in the market for a new air intake. Any suggestions?
