    Need Rear Brake Install Help!!

Thanks for that, but it runs out that in the middle console, next to the e-brake handle, you can pull up the cover. Next to the handle there is a 10mm adjusting bolt for the cable. A few turns and you're all set back the way it should be. Very easy. i looked underneath first, but didn't see...

    Need Rear Brake Install Help!!

I finally managed to get my rear brakes done. New pads and rotors on. Took me a while to figure out how to move the big piston back (you turn it). Getting the new pads in with the limited space and my big hands was VERY tricky, but I got it eventually. Everything works great now, nice quiet...

    Need Rear Brake Install Help!!

My rear brake calipers were sticking and despite my protestations, neither dealer that is even vaguely "local" to me wanted to replace them under warranty. Given that it is nearly a 2 hour ride to either one, it seemed cheaper and easier to just do it myself. What a hassle getting parts...

How many miles can you get on 1 tank?

I fill up very shortly after the light comes on. Usually 375-415 depending on how much AC I use and how much extra highway time I have.

    Selling P5

New cars take thier biggest depreciation hit in the first year and 12k miles... as you've just learned. I agree with the advice above... advertise it privately for about a bit more then you owe and hope to break even in the end. Trading in cars every year is a lose/lose proposition. If you...

I'm sticking to the factory recommended 5k mile intervals. Anything more is a waste in my opinion unless you live in a harsh environment.

Oil changes- when do you get them?

I change my oil and filter and rotate my tires every 5k. Anything more is overkill and a waste in my opinion, an dth eopinion of nearly every laboratory that tests oil. Modern dino-oil lasts way longer then Jiffy Lube would like you to believe. Newer BMW's and Benz's have a sensor that...

    Rear Wind Shield Defog Button

No problem, that's just the sound the relay makes. The Fog light switch does the same thing.

    rear strut brace

Looks nice! Would it be easily removable for loading big cargo? If not, *how* difficult would removal be?

I Am Asking You Why !!!!

I love how it looks. I love how roomy it is for a compact wagon. I love the way it handles. I love the price. I love the low end grunt which is perfectly suited to my driving. I love it's history of reliability and it's Japanese build quality.
