no other mods....they said the car was probably run with no oil....yeaaahh thats why there was like 2 quarts of oil on the ground when the engine blew....the rest was probably the white smoke that was there for like 20 min!! Im going to contact Jiffy Lube and see if they want to fight it with me...

Ok so some of you know i broke a rod like a month ago....I even borrowed some stock parts from a few ppl around here....Well yesterday im driving down the Palmetto and Boooooooom 2 huge holes in my block.....white smoke everywhere.... so im like okkkkkk.....so i take it to the dealership....this...

I think this happened to my car...taking it to the dealership...the oil light used to turn on sometimes on a turn but would be off in matter of a few seconds....it sounds like a bearing or something clicking.....rpm dependant it gets faster as the rpms go up?? if mazda wont warranty it imma blow...

im not rebuilding my own engine...im just getting some information on what to research.... im having a shop do it if mazda wont warranty me....but i know the msp is a tricky car to work on and i figured you guys would have better information than a shop that has probably done work on 6 or 7 msp's

i dont know exactly what happened...the car has like a pinging sound ...i think its coming out of the block and it gets louder and the pinging faster ones the rpms go up.....what i was asking for is help with aftermarket internals b/c if im going to have to open the block im throwing in forged...
