Yep it's the black box under the front passenger seat. It has a downfiring 5.25" sub.

Just so you know, in order to invalidate a warranty, the modification has to relate to the failure in question. For instance if you put in aftermarket springs and shocks and then the engine throws a rod, your dealer cannot deny your coverage based soley on the springs and shocks. A turbo kit...

My 2006 3sGT shuts down at 114mph indicated. But it only has 180 miles on it, so it's not broken in yet... well at least not officially.... (hah) Anyone know anything about this... seems kinda shady to me...
