I'm pretty sure base MSRP on an SP23 4 door is $19,245. I'm really not sure that you're going to find a fairly loaded one for much less than that though unless you go with a 3i, but then I'm pretty sure you can't get leather. (I've even seen a few 3is in the 19s)
