I called the guy on the gasket charge. He then called the tech and then dropped the charge, saying the "computer" added it and the tech said it wasn't necessary. Man, you have to really watch these guys.

I'm at my dealer for a 60K service. They quoted me around $430 for a transmission fluid and filter replacement. They said there is a special gel gasket that costs ~$200. Anyone ever hear about this? 2010 Cx9 Touring

How do you get to the key?

My key FOB is becoming unreliable. Some times it won't unlock the doors or allow the car to start. My CX9 is a 2010 Touring and is about 18 months old. Is it the battery or something?

I got an almost identical car a few $k less. It too was a dealer transfer. I used Edmunds website and I paid about average what other people did. I was concerned about the deal since I hadn't actually seen the car and the dealer didn't leave me a copy of the sticker so I could research price...

I just ran mine back to the battery. It wasn't all that bad, I ran it under the pan for a good bit of the way.

I don't how you were charged Sales Tax on a Lease. You only pay Sales Tax on the amount of each payment. If they collected all that up front then you should get a refund on your remaining payments.
