Having had CX-5's since 2013 (still have them), and my CX-50 since 2022, let me comment... The CX-5 has more sound deadening and is quieter, so it, IMO, makes the ride feel better than the CX-50, simply because the road imperfections are not heard as much. In actuality the ride is not that much...

The CX-50 is FAR better looking than the CX-5 - and this is coming from a family of 3x CX-5's and a CX-50, so no ownership bias here!

I have those on my CX-50. Much improved ride and noise over the factory tires.

Plus, they didn't test some of the big-name brand fuels (e.g. BP, Amoco) that are not marketed as top-tier, yet still (supposedly) contain the same level of cleaning additives.

Why would it harm the engine? It's just basically using the air inside the closed cylinder as a spring. The pressure when the air is compressed is orders of magnitude less than when the fuel/air mixture fires in normal operation.

Maybe because the 2016 didn't care about the lock. I can say that I temporarily switched the Nav card from the wife's 2019 into our daughter's 2019 and it didn't work.
