Its easier to install a full set of coilovers rather than swap springs anyday. Rear can be abit tricky depending on the vehicle. I would advise spending another 100 or so and get the H&R coilovers vs the BC

Springs generally take a few days to settle^

like these guys said, t-bolt clamps are best, and make sure they are the right size. also, make sure none of your pipping is inverted. I have acutally doubled t bolts on couplers, meaning not 2 but 4 at troubled spots. be sure to boost leak test at some point
