    Four 6" sub set-up

It is the most space saving setup I have seen and you dont have to build a false floor because of their depth. They sound f**king amazing the way it is done up! I was just sharing for those interested in being able to have complete full use of their hatch. Not for everyone obviously.

    Four 6" sub set-up

I don't have any pics of the set-up. He resessed the speakers in the board and put grills over them that are flush with the top of the board. You could load up the back with most anything without worrying. Board is covered with black floor carpet material..you see just for little 6's under four...

stereo shop can't fix whine from engine

muting plug results So, I used 1st Mp3's advice and made some muting plugs exactly as shown/described. The result was no noise coming through the speakers with them in while the car was on. I just replaced all the rca's that were previously used for the system. You had mentioned if there is no...

stereo shop can't fix whine from engine

No, they temporarily disconnected the installed rca's, ran test rca through the middle of the car (on top of the carpet) to get it away from the power..or so they say. It is annoying, especially when the car is cold cuz of the higher rpm's.

stereo shop can't fix whine from engine

I have the engine whine running through my speakers after an install of amp deck, and speakers. The stereo shop has tested things on three separate times..for the day. They say, they can't find the problem. I did find out they ran the power and rca's on the same side of the car (lames), even...

    ohm load questions

Was wondering about stressing my amp. Here's the setup. I have a 4ch 55 rms per channel MTX thunder amp. I found a 6.5" bass tube that has two sets of speaker connects on it. Was wondering if this could be run in parallel (piggy back on other channels) with my 2 channels the rear speakers are...
