The sp23 engine is not the same as the mazda 6 engine. there is a 1cc difference in capacity and the sp23 puts 115kw@6500rpm compared to the mazda6 which puts out 122kw@6500rpm. The speedo could be faulty or if it compares to be the same with other cars of the same specs then it is a factory setting.
