    V8Less show Calgary May 15th

Hello, If anyone is interested in getting together with other EMC members to have a booth at V8less in CALGARY please email ASAP. The show is on May 15th, so time is pretty short and we need to know if there is enough interest to reserve the booth. So email jason.clements<at>shaw.ca and I...

    Dyno Numbers

I'm not going to get into this again. At the time it was explained why we didn't want to go to PE. As for the other things, life is too short. Posting s*** like this will only start more stuff, we don't want to bring our internal problems here do we? Jay

    ECU Upgrade

Your math is flawed. If your car has a 30% loss: 130hp/1.30(30%loss)=100whp Now add 10hp to it: 130hp+10hp/1.30=107.7whp 107.7-100=7.7 Gain 10hp/1.30=7.7 What stays fixed is the loss. So really a 10hp at the engine does in fact equal 7.7whp. Jay

    Alberta folk - What up?

You had best talk to him on the details. I don't want to speak for him or the dealer that he works for. He isn't a member of this forum. But it you want to talk to him, call him at work or send him an email. You can PM me for his email. Jay

    Alberta folk - What up?

Talk to your dealer. I know of at least two people who have had the exhaust/intake CAMS installed on their car. The dealer did the work and will warranty it. This was put to the test. One of the guys cooked his engine just recently (was not his fault, but a problem with the engine). They covered...

    Alberta folk - What up?

Blown, I'm talking about something that would normally be covered under warranty. If you rolled into the dealer with springs someone else installed you are going to have a difficult time. If they were the ones that had installed them, your likelyhood of a hassle would be less. I'm just giving...

    Alberta folk - What up?

On a car that is under warranty I suggest going to the dealer for this. Sure they might not be as cheap as some tuner shop, but might make things easier for you down the road. If you installed the springs somewhere else and later had trouble with the suspension a dealer is going to tell you to...

    N/A Discussion

You weren't forced out from anything. You left the forum on your own, then deleted all your own posts. Asked me to remove your account, so I disabled it. If you call that being forced...then I don't know what to tell you. A couple of people questioned your 116whp on THAT dyno, and there was...

    Question about HU Pre Outs

Hello, I have an Alpine (7871) HU that has three sets of pre-outs. I am using the deck to power my front and rear speakers. I want to use the sub pre-out to power an amp and sub. So the front and rear pre-outs will not be used. The HU has sperate volume control for the sub and that the sub is...

Really? I found the tongue to be nothing more than an intense pinch as the needle passed through. Now the upper ear cartilage hurt like a SOB. Everyone's different I suppose. Jay

Get pictures of the procedure. That would be much cooler. I have pictures getting my tongue pierced (was as calm as a hindu cow) and one of my tattoos. If I can ever think of it I should get those pictures online someday. Have fun! Jay

Sounds like you are going in the correct direction. Except... :) Listerine is bad. Alcohol will dry the mucus membrane in your mouth out and kill all the good bacteria. And if over used it will create a condition called thrush. My advice is to rinse with water (or if you prefer, a mild salt...
