    Did anyone remove their VCTS?

    Yeah I did it! It's called VTCS Variable Tumble Control System. It's supposed to smooth out the air flow and torque curve. Very easy to do. How ever without a turbo I think it's kind of a waste of time. An hour to remove and I didn't really feel any real difference.

    I built a custom header back out of 2.5" mandrel J-bends from summitracing.com and a strait through bullet style dynomax muffler no cat. Result...deep, aggressive tone. For about $90 plus electricity for the welder.

    You'd have potential cooling issues.(the air underneath can go up and push hot air backwards through rad. or air in the front can go down around rad.). road muck, excessive water on electrical component i.e.alt. what about wheel well plastic? any mounting issues?

    If your talking about the front, it's the wheel with the least resistance. Left turn left wheel spins, Right turn right wheel spins. Strait line in my case the right tire spins if I'm the only one in the car. But it prolly goes back and forth to an extent.

    You CAN do ANYTHING you want as long as any part or parts installed are not directly linked to any failure. i.e. if you put on a CAI (cold air intake) and suck water through it causing hydro lock that will not be covered.

    AWD will only shoot the cost up and you won't have the same power at the wheels due to inefficient drive train loss.

    It would also raise the price by 3G's removing it from the "Economy compact" class Not to mention the added weight and added drive train efficiency loss.

    No mods ever void a warranty, unless the part or parts installed have direct influence on the broken part. i.e. aftermarket turbo installed, boom, throws a rod because you don't know what the hell you're doing and, over boosting. That would NOT be covered.
