Just to add a little extra... You can get the SPC arms for $158 + shipping from Tire Rack (here). The image shows cam bolts, but its a pair of SPC arms. They're listed as "Eibach Recommended Alignment Kit" for a Mazda 3. I went with these when I lowered my 5. Weird, I know.

It's also possible that the fender was repaired/replaced, and the to help the paint match, they blended the paint onto the hood/bumper. So, it's possible that if there was a repair, it may not have been bad and therefor wasn't reported.

A friend of mine has the Yellowspeeds on is Protege and they are really, really stiff. They handle/feel great, but they are going to be harsh. The extra weight of the MZ5 may help with the stiffness, but I doubt by much. I went with S-Techs for the MZ3 and GR-2s (I know this isn't on your list...

ddmtuning.com has quite a few LEDs, but I don't know where my friend got his from.

A friend of mine uses LEDs in his MZ3 and they are bright enought for DRL, they won't put any "usable" light out, but they will be more than bright enough for the safety/visibility aspect.

My guess would be fins from an AC condenser. Seems to thin to be part of a radiator. And judging by where it is, I would also say it's debris from the road. But I would check your's just to see. It should be pretty obvious.

Venom, I think he is talking about the sliding doors (to see the clearance). Or at least that's how I read it. If not, then I would like to see the clearance. The fitment looks spot on though!
