Visited the dealer today and asked them how they drained the transmission fluid. They said through the service port. Apparently they have access that I can't see. Anyone hear of this 'port'?

Yes I do have an '08 but I thought the transmission was a closed system. My concern is it appears the drain plug has not been touched and or removed. No listing of a P/N for the crush washer was noted on the W/O. I'll check under the hood for a dip stick.
