what is the best motor oil i can run on my mazdaspeed protege... i keep hearing that ams oil is awsome but i wanna kno what yall have to say about good oils

sooo...i have a question.. i recently bought a new wastegate actuator from ATP turbo's..i was trying to take my old blown wastegate out and replacing it with my new one... well at the end of the rod..i see something holding it in place.. and i didnt kno how to take it off...any suggestions?

i had a mbc..i had it at 8 psi....but i took it off...idk if it screwed with my readings idk...

well..i was thinkng that too..i have some autometer gauges..but it was saying..5 now its like wayyy to high..reading 15-20.. when i stomp on it..i get this rowdy fuel cut and the car wants to shut off...ill look into the wastegate..

i was driving the other day...my boost gauge was reading..5psi..later that night i was drivin it a little bit harder...now it was saying 15-20psi. i felt bigg pops from my exhaust and i was like WTF.... what would this be due to??
