I've had all 4 corners replaced, 2 fronts under warranty at 58,000km and 67,000km. The 2 rears out of warranty at 110,000km. Now it sounds like the right front needs replacing again at 120,000km. Its about a $500 job here in Ottawa at the Mazda Dealer.
The vehicle is just over 6 months old and I've noticed rust pitting on the tailgate. We've had a hellish winter here in Eastern Ontario, losts of salt on the road, but the CX gets a wash at least once a week.
Any other owners have this problem?
why not drive down to a local installer and have them put them on the car. Then drive back! No taxes no duties no shipping. There must be an installer in Burlington VT.
Yes, a narrower tire is much better in the snow as you get more "biting" power. Think of a woman's high heel shoe and the pressure the heel puts on the ground vs say a more sensible flat shoe.
But the real issue is to make sure that your diameter of the replacement snow tire is the same as...
