Thanks. I knew it would be real tight and sure enough it took some serious effort to loosen those bolts. I'm all set with a new battery now. The car didn't want to start at first. Then I figured out that I had to arm and then disarm the alarm (lock then unlock using the remote).

I've done some searching and can't find an answer for this. I need to change my battery. I've taken off the bracket, but can't get it past the Strut Tower Brace. Do I need to remove that to get the battery out, or is there another way? If it does need to be removed, do I torque it to about 40...
