The size you'll want to go with is 205/40-17. That will get you closest to the stock wheel circumference. And I think those wheels stock tire width is 205. This will keep your speedometer pretty accurate.

I think the 03.5 didn't come with a roof rack and came with the subwoofer instead. The roof rack was an option. Otherwise, they're identical.

I had mine changed at 45K when they did the coolant. It was kind of worn and burned looking. Since then, I just get it changed every 30K when I get the coolant replaced. It's not in the manual for the car when to have it replaced. I also don't get it flushed, I just have it drained and replaced.

I had this problem with mine. If you try and angle the top so the three little tabs go in first, then press it down and clip the other side, it will work. It's a little trickier than the normal air filter, but it will fit in there fine and seal up.

I think it's an 02.5. There was a mid year refresh where I believe they added the blinkers on the side and also made the automatics tiptronic instead of the normal old style auto shifter. Sort of how the 03.5 came without a roof rack and instead had a sub woofer.

Yeah I had one for the Input Turbine Speed Sensor failure. The A/T light flashed and the CEL stayed on. It went away the next day and I haven't had an issue since. But yes, it can give you a CEL for a transmission issue.
