    as far as getting the cv out of the tranny, really big pry bar. no jokes thats dealership approved. as for the grinding noise, try to get the car in the air and move the wheels around, try to replicate the noise. find exactly where its coming from.

    i have the same problem, 08 2.3L S Sport sedan. ive gotten used to it. i have a poly rear motor mount and torque damper so now more things that just that rattle. lol but notibly, it made the rattle before any of that, it doesnt twist, i think its just cheap....o well

    check all the lines around the evap canister for any noticible problems, with a small leak code, its probably not gonna be easy to see with out an EELD. (EVAP emmisions leak detector) check the gasket seal around the gas cap as well.

    no, but the car will still be in spec. besides it will increase camber just enough so you can grip the turns better. i have the eibach prokit and it set me about 1.8- in the rear and 1.6- in the front.

    ummm forged internals would be great on a n/a motor. get very high compression pistons, use an fi/c to tune for high compression. see what you can get. im thinking 225+ crank hp out of a n/a motor with a good tune. possible much more. no reason why you cant get at least 230. and if you set it up...
