Hmm, the bolt is _really_ small. I'm affraid I will break the line I made if I use more torque. I might buy a kit of bolt extractor... instead of paying for a mechanic to do it. The kit will stay to me at least :)
So!
It went pretty well while doing the dremel trick. I did a clean line in the bolt but unable to make it turn with a flat blade. After all, it has been put in place using a ratchet. I didn't used much force with the ratchet but you know that a ratchet is 1000x stronger than a flat blade.

I just changed my mind. What if I drill through the rest of the bolt and fix a new bolt with a nut at the end?
I would try to extract the rubber part from the original bolt and put it on my new one or figure out how to fill the space between the U bracket and the hole in the frame...

I don't know how to remove it so I will bring it to a...
I've got a set of Bridgestone Potenza S3 Pole position waiting for me. It really had a "pole position" reviews from pros & amateurs. I think I'll burn out my stock Potenza this summer to make the switch has soon as possible.
I'd personnaly trust a brand like bridgestone over smaller brand for a...
If you're too cheap to mod your car then, stop right now. Put an high flow cat in the other case. There's no fun hurting the environment, especialy for 0.05 more hp.
My 2 cents,
Never 3-5whp. Especially for a short ram, you won't gain anything and might even be losing some power as it is taking warmer air from the engine bay vs colder air from the CAI and the stock setup. But all in all, it's more for the sound than the performance. Especially for the price of the Injen...
