go to your printers folder and right click on the printer select properties and you should be able to edit the comments feild. works on all 5 printers i have installed here at work.

i usually just change the first week of november and back at the end of march, depending on the weather of course. sucks this year though cause i changed them on saturday and it was 70* :'( :'( :'(

i also beleive the seller can put in a handling charge for the calculation. ie. USPS charge + n = Charge displayed to buyer where n = s&h charge defined by seller so in your case n = $5
