I've got Toyo winter performance and it handles like a marvel in all conditions. The only drawback is if there is too much snow (read above lowest bumper point) then the front bumper acts like a snow plower! I'm in Canada, so -40 + snow is the regular stuff in jan+feb

It's -40C here with the windchill and yes it's hard to get going the first few shifts in the morning. Just don't push it like crazy. After a few shifts it's back to smooth as butter. The only "grinding" I have is from first to second gear most of the time. I'll be putting synth gear oil next...

They say 225/45R19 if you look at the specs for the tires. Gonna cost some money to change em once you burn em!

Could you tell me if you bought winter rims or 17" mazda 3 regular rims for the winter tires ? As I will be putting the same tires but I'm waiting on a confirmation from my dealer as if the rims fit or not on it. I will be getting mine the 23rd, the dealer wanted to keep it for an extra week...
