Yes I know--if you have one near the Fox Cities I would be in, or I would hook up w/ y'all if I'm at RA at the same time. Usually the meets are near Madtown and I'm too busy to travel that way.

FYI--the track days y'all are talking about at Road America are not 'open' track where you can go as fast as you want. Those spectator events mentioned allow 'touring' during lunch for fans that want to pay the $ (usually around $50 per day) and see the track. There is usually a speed limit...

If you are looking to race SCCA in the future, I would rent you my MP3 racecar to use at a SCCA driver school. That is really the first step to door-to-door sportscar racing, unless you plan to spend A TON of $ racing rented cars in Skip Barber or something like that.

No they are fine, I was mistaken. I was thinking of my other car, and realized I have yet to change rear pads on my MP3. I must have been out of it....

I have changed my rear pads numerous times by simply using a large pliers (C clamp too) to push the piston back into the caliper. Was not difficult to do by hand, and I have never used a hex tool or anything--just make sure you don't have too much brake fluid in the resevoir or it will leak out...

I could use a driver side fender--if your friend can find anything let know. I think any '01 and up Protege fender will fit my MP3.

Someone please enlighten me on why resetting your ECU changes the performance, and then why driving it hard helps make it better. I have a MP3 and did not believe this to be true--I did not think the ECU could "learn" like that. To reset could you just unhook the battery, or do you have to use...

I need to know what the valve lash should be on my MP3 motor. In researching I've found .009", while stock is .010"--is this true. Any advice would be great--thanks.
