That depends on the car. The manual will tell you how the car is wired and which ports are powered when ignition is off. You can also physically test the ports with the car off

No experience with the CX90. Own a CX5 Signature and could not be happier with Michelin Cross Climate2 from Costco. Ride and handling and noise have improved so much. Take a look at them for your car.

While it does not help you now, what I did when the car was new was to go to a shop and have 3M PPF applied to the Piano Black door pillar panels. This was in 2020 and so far so good. Something to consider for the future.
