I can't imagine any problems measuring ohms, airbags shouldn't deploy with ZERO power source.

Seeking some help as to what the normal/acceptable airbag resistance should be. I removed the drivers airbag from the steering wheel and probed the unit. getting ~10.1 ohms resistance on both sides. using an OBD reader im pulling a code b2230 REF: DTC B1058, B2228, B2230, B2232, B2234 |...

you'll need a shop press and some experience using one. Use a high quality replacement bearing or you'll be back doing the same work within a year.

^ you could get lucky and reduce if not near eliminate the issue by cleaning out the front windshield cowl & opening up the drainage pass in each side. either way, s*** rot-boxes & an engineering failure by mazda. i wound up replacing 70%+ of my floorpan in addition to rewelding the cowl...

^ why no heat shrink tubing.......... that wiring job makes me cringe

its been off the road for 8 months because of mazda's s*** engineering with this chassis. this car has scar'd me so badly I will never be purchasing a newer mazda again..... so go ahead and tell me how much i love it again???

sprayed on some undercoating over the new steel i welded into the floorpan. so far no rain leaking into the cabin anywheres. way too much for a beater

welded the holes where the trunk emblems were. primer & unmatching paint over them.... yay winter beater

carpet,dash,plastics,seats. all of the interior is back in the car finally. after IDK 8 months....

do they sell anything like that antenna anywhere today?what material is it made of? today i sprayed rustoleum leak-seal into the windshield cowel after adding gobs of new seam sealer yesterday. I also opened both ends of the channel so nothing else (organic materials) will ever get stuck...
