My car does the same thing. When I'm sitting at a light the idle drops from 750 to about 400 like its gonna die out. It then surges a couple of times a settles at 750 rpm. I have a 03.5 blue MSP and a 03 VW GTI 1.8T(my wife's), my wife pulled me in her VW in 3rd gear. My brother just bought a 02 Maxima 6-speed and blew the doors off the VW yesterday. Before I give him a shot at my MSP what mods should I do? All three cars are bone stock.
