I use Swiffer Sweeper sheets to clean dashboards, the static cling traps dusts really well without scratching the delicate parts such as dashboards. You dont even have to put any force on it just lightly go over the area. It will cut your time by half, guranteed.

that does not look right. almost looks like someone sprayed some acid under there. I know a lot of used car places use acid to wash underside of SUVs to blast caked on mud and dirt and make it look clean temporaly.
