Was the sputtering during idle? Full throttle? There have been other common reasons for sputtering, but air/fuel ratio sensor is new to me.

I think your best bet is to go with something like Corksport or Cobb. I personally have the Corksport Power series intake that comes with the TIP and filter. I have a turbosmart BPV and haven't thrown any code. The car needs to run in re-circ and not VTA. If you run VTA you can have problems...

I agree with dterranova. I've had my tranny fluid replaced also, and it's still a little tough in the mornings when I leave. I think it's just how it is until it warms up. I doubt bad bushings would be the cause, why would that make a difference if it's fine after the car warms up?
