2004~2008 Mazda3 Clunk when accelerating from stop and slowing down

Hi, I have a Mazda3 2008 2.3L AT and everytime I accelerate from a stop, I get this sort of clunk that is driving me crazy. This also happens when I slow down from speed as well. Here is a video of what it sounds like.

A point to any direction is appreciated.

Thank you, it was the bottom motor mount. Apparently, it was banging against the subframe (?) everytime I accelerated since the subframe threads were stripped out by the previous owner.

Yikes. So what is the fix?

Might try to tap a bigger thread. Would mean enlarging the mount hole though. I don't know what else I could do...

So it turns out, after having all the motor mounts replaced and the bottom thread fixed, it made the car vibrate less but the noise is still there.
