Hi everyone,
I don't believe this has been answered but I love the 2024 CX-5 GS. I find the ride pretty good but some roads in Edmonton AB Canada are bad.
Do shocks, struts and springs etc break in and get softer after say, 10,000 km and 3 years? Same with tires

The CX-5 was my go to because I love Mazda's push to near luxury with high quality interior and premium features (quietest in class, tons of goodies ).
 ).
I'm still on a 2-3 yr warranty but couldn't find any aftermarket parts for shocks/struts and springs for the KF gen? Well - not much anyways it's mostly air ride or coilovers. Don't coilovers and stiffer high spring rates make it harsher? Air ride is a no go because if reliability and cost to maintain.
I don't know about coilovers, but lowering is not my to-do list.
Suggestions or things I come across:
Bilstein B6 shocks and struts (sporty but maybe improved ride?)
H&R lowering springs (handle a bit better but stiffer ride?)
Eibach or Tanabe lowering springs?
I want to take it to the next lvl
Looking for shocks, struts and springs or anything besides tires that will cushion the ride? It's a good ride but I want to refine it without paying Lexus/Audi money.
Any suggestions is appreciated. I want a FSD shock with lower spring rate - I believe front/rear is 3k to 6k? Can't find anything lower. I love all the advice I've been provided but looking to enhance my ownership experience

Otherwise, it's fantastic to own. we've owned 4-5 cars and this is the quietest yet. Drove new 2022 Lexus ES350/300h and 2024 RX350h - they are great to drive. Cushy soft and quiet but I'd say the CX-5 is better than them because I save $20k-30k CAD and get more features. ES doesn't have AWD and both RX and ES are high theft rate. I love Subaru Forester but pricey. CX-5 all the way - refined over 7+ years on KF gen
