What have you done to your P5 today?

^^^^lol Good to hear Cam.

Drove her home after a 16 day hiatus. Swapped out the PS smoked bumper marker for an amber one I had in the garage. Wish they would have let me supply the ones I had, would have saved $61.73. haha Once in, I turned on the lights to check the bulb and found that both bumper marker lights and fog lights were not on?! I'll have to check to see if they didn't plug the harness in. Will def. be calling as the car will fail state inspection as-is. :/

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Is that your EZ Tag toll road thing on the lower grill? I have seen those around here and thought I prefer the sticker thing on inside of windshield where no one could mess with it.

Ahhhhhhhhh, loves me some mellow frwy exhaust note in the early a.m..............still diggin this car as much as 10 yrs ago when I drove it home from the dealership...well, probably more since it was stock then.

Yes, that's my EZ Pass transponder on the lower grill. It's simply ziptied on but I need to add some spacers to tilt it up as it's hit or miss on whether the signal gets processed. Had the white windshield transponder for years but swapped it out for this one after I installed the MSM rearview cover. Simply looks much better. :)

Oh, cool.............except I likes me auto-dimming/temp/compass fat boy mirror (but it needs homelink so I can lose the remote)

I knew I had some pics uploaded... here's what mine look like:
I might have been fixin to drill mine too high. I thought it would be centered in housing. I better check that out again before drilling. Thanks for pics for reference.....

Yup, wasn't really looking for one but found this one in a f/s thread for $20...couldn't pass it up! You can see from this pic why I didn't want to use the windshield transponder. ;)

Didn't see that but not interested. It's my daughter's car now so I'll keep up the maint. but she's paying for any mods. :)

Dropping the car off Friday at the shop so they can look at the fogs/bumper markers and fix the DS door handle. She went to open the door this weekend, felt a pop and now it won't open from the outside.

And just called State Farm back. New LCA and another alignment are approved. Hoping to have everything done this Friday. :)

Really good to see you got it back CTt3P5!

I am a little behind, but due to the RX8 being in the shop and I wanted to still drive Autocross. So I tracked the P5 in the STC class. Placed 4th!!! (out of 4 due to being on street tires and much lower on HP compared to the competition). Also swapped out the huge 18" SSA Icon for a 12" SSA Dcon prototype.

I think the next thing is sway bar end links and brakes.

Doesn't matter, had fun???

At the end of the day, it's about racing against yourself!

I plan to make it out to some events locally this summer. A friend and I might go halvsies on an Escort GT. Shall be a good time!

Pardon my ignorance. I know jack squat about multi-piece wheels. I do however know a little bit now. lol

I had the same tag on mine for 3 years until I noticed that whenever I drove to Buffalo NY the tag never read there and I had to call up ezpass customer service and argue with them. It worked fine in NJ. Apparently those tags do not work in Buffalo area on I90. Was tired of calling them every year as went to Buffalo once each year for the holidays so I exchanged mine for the new slim windshield one that I stick where the tinted top of the windshield is and now I have no more read problems.
