Isn't that the DG carbon one? That one on the white car just seems to be bit much IMO but you know the drill....It's your car, do what you will to make it right for you.

Oh, I see it now. Yah you have to look very carefully. Maybe it is a BMW M3 spoiler.

Whatever it is it is the only one I've seen that I would consider swapping to. The only concern is the bike rack that straps to the hatch & stands on the bumper. The oem is kinda OK with that but these other ones might not allow it without stressing.

I do not believe its a eg duckbill spoiler, because i researched and the sides of the eg spoiler are really pointy, yet the sides of this are curved, unless this was cut away and sanded blah blah blah
