2014 CX5 12v power outlet issue

Hi guys, I recently purchased a brand new CX5. Today I noticed that 12v power outlet is not working anymore. I tried both one at the front and second at the center. Is is this a known problem? However, the USB port seems to be working fine.

If both don't work, then it is your attachment device or a fuse has blown.

I also noticed my 12V outlet in the middle (the one next to the usb port) was not working. Front 12V and trunk 12V outlets are working fine.
I checked the manual and they have individual fuse. Front and the trunk outlets have fuse under the drivers seat while the fuse for the middle power outlet is located under the hood. Weird. Anyways, I used one of the spare that was in the fuse box under the hood and now it's working fine.

R.OUTLET2: middle 12V outlet under the armrest, fuse 52
R.OUTLET3: trunk 12V outlet, fuse 3

I wonder why this happened... It was working fine with a samsung 12V to 5V usb charger. I bought my car in December 2013.


Question, are these 2nd and 3rd outlets powered until the battery is dead?

The one in the center (armrest) and trunk area are live even when car is off.

No, after replacing the fuse everything has been fine and it's been 18 months now.
Weird thing is that my MINI 2015 also got a blown fuse for the cigar jack within couple weeks of purchase in November 2014. After replacing that fuse, it's also working fine too.
