Like Will said, it would have been a Cluster FCK if mazda would have done that with MS3 owners........the majority are all about power. power and more power....everything else is secondary.......On another note, got my Kosei's back from Bryan Lingruen, they look like the came jusr from the factory!!!! They are now Bright Yellow and once Lauri decides on a color, we'll have the RPF-1's painted as well.....
Commute: The DWS's handled the crappy unplowed streets, hills and blocked driveways! Lauri is looking at all of these people getting stuck trying to get in the Giant Eagle parking lot........Props to DWS's for handling this crap!!!

electronics > wheelbase woes.
I was telling phen this morning about going way too fast for conditions (5" of snow on the highway going 70 switching lanes repeatedly) in the 2 on new blizzaks, I could feel the rear wiggle but the DSC kept it right in check. Kind of crazy what cars can do these days.
I definitely wasn't doing that in the miata this morning lol.
I never use the electronics. The 6 always turned off the TC, and everything else doesn't have any form of electronic aid.

I'm able to swallow my pride of my driving prowess to let the car help me out in s*** conditions. I'll try without it some time, but I'm sure I'll end up keeping it on next time.
Fatty almost kissed a Subaru on RT 8 this morning. Was in the far left lane all by myself cautiously passing people and this douche hits his turn signal as he merges right into my lane right in front of me. Horn blaring, downshift and threshold brake and I just missed him. Passed him in the right lane with one of these out the window;

It's amazing how much better FWD is in the snow. The Miata barely made it up my unplowed road. I had the revs around 2500-3000 in first gear and the car was moving less than a foot per second. I was hoping that I wouldn't get stuck in the middle of the road.
This thing made it without a problem up my developments un-plowed street without any problems & it is only rwd:
Comparing apples to apples, a FWD car should drive better in the snow than a RWD. The Miata has all season tires, but so did the Focus that was replaced by it. That Focus wouldn't have flinched in this snow, but the Miata was struggling to move. If the Miata had snow tires and extra weight in the rear I'm sure it would have been just fine as well. FWD just has the advantage of having most of its weight on the drive wheels which helps with traction in the snow.

Should have skipped 1st and gone into second. And open diffs are a b**** with the amount of ice we got.
Pablo and John are driving / were driving theirs in snow. Marc has in the past too. Snow tires and a gentle foot. Hell, Jess has bald ass snow tires and is trucking along.
