Both. Ideally, I wanted a house with a 2-car garage so I can work on my car. But I'm only planning on living here for 1-year and then I'll be looking into buying a condo/house next year. I couldn't really find any good houses in the Fairlawn/Copley/Wadsworth areas. Anything I find is either way too expensive or a s***-hole lol.

Jasen is moving out of his place in Munro Falls, that house is nice (and has a 2 car garage).
Truth. It's a really nice house with an epic garage for $800 a month.
That really sucks about the apartment though, #2. I hope you guys find something soon! I HATE apartment/house hunting...
That sounds like a pretty darn good deal. I agree with Evan though, housing hunting for a rental is sucky business. Good luck to ya.

Thanks. I have a meeting at 5:30 today to view a nice townhouse in Wadsworth that's available immediately. This place has a No Pets/No Smoking policy so I shouldn't have any issues with my allergies. Plus, they said they just put in new tile flooring, new carpet, and new plumbing fixtures. In-suite full sized washer/dryer with attached 1-car garage (direct entry to house from garage).
His house would be nice, but that location is too far from my girlfriend's work (although she will be getting a new job once we move). I'm looking for something to the west of Akron around 77/21/224. As I said, I'll only be living here for 1 year so I can live without the 2-car garage.

GL #2! As mentioned, it sux looking and I'll again add to NOT buy a condo. So did Jasen buy a house or is moving for work related reasons or moving in with a girl? Only reasons I can think of to move from the place he's in...great deal!
