The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

See, but I already HAVE a room for slapping da bass and the P6 would be done if I wasn't such a baby and would wrench in the cold garage. So I'm rich, b****! haha

Holy crap, Jess! That was just depressing... I'm off to rob a bank now.

Haha, I shouldn't have said that...

Speaking of rich though, to put things in perspective, my future mother-in-law asked me a couple months ago during a conversation what I considered "rich" to be. I said $70k a year. She laughed for about 10mins straight. Hey, to me, that is rich! Haha. I make half that and I'm very happy. I can't imagine making twice I do, I would be crazy rich! haha

Rich=When your ass never has to get up and "go to work", you can set on your ass and get paid!

And people on welfare can sit on there ass and never go to work and get paid, I don't consider them rich! I think being rich has more to do with how much money you have saved, in investments, etc, than how much your yearly income is. If you have spent all your money on living expenses, you are not very rich after all.

It's actually refreshing to read that. It's good to know people can live within their means and still be happy despite what all the "redistribution of wealth" fans will say. I've always considered "rich" being a state of wealth when you have so much money you don't know what to do with it. I mean, I can think of several things I'd buy or save for (cars, house, retirement, kids' education, etc.) but I could put a number to that. Anything more than that number is just extraneous. The problem is all people are different and have different wants so the term "rich" is so subjective.

It's more a combo of both (when you are younger) because you need a form of liquidity with the investments. If it's a 401k type account you can't access it without major penalties from Uncle Sam until retirement age.

I've been out in the cold and freezing putting my car back together :) I have the track wheel and tires on the car now and it just looks plain sick. All I need is the SS flange welded for the exhaust and hopefully start the CF fender and have them done before the 21st.

I have one on my phone and it is dead right now while I'm in class. It's not the greatest pic, but I'll have it up tonight. The tires right now poke out about 1 1/2".

anybody else fill out a bracket? I'm not doing too bad so far after one day and 4 play-in games

This might be the 1st time in over 10 years I haven't fill out a bracket.
