Mmmm , so meaty ! Looks good nice and aggressive .

I like your ideas for the spoiler, looking forward to seeing it on your M2

.
UPDATE - Spoiler Alert!

3dCarbon Mazda 2 Touring Rear Roof Spoiler - Thank you jallways for agreeing to
our trade. Pleasure doing business with you. ;)

As you see it's silver. So i have to paint it. My plan is to paint the OEM Touring spoiler black
to match my black roof ( when i do it ) and have the spoiler on top in white. Painting the
OEM touring spoiler black will kinda hide the fact that there are two spoilers. :)

I'm still not sure if I'll carbon fiber warp the roof and spoiler or just paint them black yet.
Maybe Plasti Dip.

Like stated before, I don't like to support knock-off brands, but I can't deny the fact that those rims look sick. It'll look nice once everything comes together Rodrigo

Trust me, I'd much rather buy the real deal Volk TE37v. Especially because of the offset options available. But at almost $500 a wheel? Not yet.

Btw, I received the email. That is all.. :P

10 - 4. Over and out. :)

Haaaaa Rodrigo you are killing me! Are those 15X7 ET20 on 205/50's? If so, now I know why you want STD R3's. You will NEED front camber plates, big time. I was rubbing badly with just a 15X7 ET30 on stock tires... ;)

Sorry about that killing you thing. :)

They are indeed 15x7 et20's but 195/50/15 tires. Slightly stretched tire but one can definitely go stretchy...er. I'm sticking with my Ksports ( because they're awesome ) but i will have to get some camber bolts if i want to tuck the front tires. Right now the front tires are not tucked. Surprisingly the fronts are giving me zero issues.

The rears however are. I'm running 5mm spacers and I had to roll the fenders on the rears. I still rub on extreme bumps and can't really carry any one in the back seats as it'll rub a lot more. I definitely have to do some adjustments to the rear suspension.

Most of the time the ride is just fine however and I'm definitely happy with the look.

hey Font,
So your rear wheel specs are:
15x7 ET20 +5mm spacer? so effectively a ET15

I'm Running 17x7 205/40/17 ET30 and I really need to space the rear wheels out the front sits flush enough for me! :D
I was thinking a 15mm spacer did your rear wheels rub without the 5mm spacer?

Thanks
Nathan
:D

Correct on size. I haven't run it with out the spacers but i would imagine they wouldn't rub.

Before my new set up I was running 17x7, et45, 205/40/17 with rear 5mm spacers and i still needed another 5mm to sit flush. 15mm for you should do it. 20mm might work as well but you might start running into rubbing issue.

might try a 15mm then, guess I'm looking at longer studs or hub-centric spacers :D

Cheers

So I was driving to work today on the highway just doing my thing and I see this nicely hooked up Infinity G35 pass by and suddenly I look up and notice that the driver had slowed down to check out my 2. I looked at the driver and he was giving me the head nod of approval along with a thumbs up. It's the simple things in life. :)

It's nice to see other car loves not hatin' on other car lovers even though we drive completely different cars. It's nice to see. Respect.
