original HIDs were supposed to be 6000k top and bottom, but the top looked more blue and the bottom looked more white, so idk what they were...

With a system like that he either never has it turned up much, always has the subs turned off, or he's deaf from 2 giant subs in a hatch

thanks! it does alright, i haven't gotten to play with it much though as the woofers blew within the first 20 minutes(they were on there way out when i bought them)

the purple/white/black fur i really didnt want to use in this car but there where a few spots that i couldn't wrap in vinyl because of imperfections..

haha, tweety is right though, I almost never have the subs on. the only times i use them are on the highway, at car audio shows, or if someone is playing theirs next to me(i'm cocky like that)..

i HATE it when people drive through my neighborhood blasting music(bass particularly).. my hobby is a huge annoyance to others and I try to be respectful with it as possible.

with this car audio hobby come another hobby, woodworking..

i'm not the greatest but i know my way around a table saw, here's a kerf peice i did to block off the rear window.

fill the "kerfs" with fiberglass resin and then short strand filler

pretty soon i'll go buy some more half inch MDF and make some speaker rings and i'll be doing two 6.5s and a super tweeter behind each rear window in this area

mine is stock, it takes it a good 60 seconds to bring my battery bank back up to 14.5 after playing music. i'm looking for someone to make a 270amp+ at idle alternator, i would love it if dc power came out with one..

the biggest alternator i've found was a 300 amp by excessive amperage that does its power at around 1700 RPMs i think it was, which isn't bad but i don't like having to rev my engine while giving someone a demo..

Are you still able to access the fuel tank pump for repairs? Or would that be a major removal of the subwoofer box?
