What have you done to your MSP today?

Good news! Cars fixed and back on the road! Better news! It wasn't the ecu, it was the wire coming off the coil pack going to cylinder 3, replaced and it's working fine. But I think I still need to order some injector seals cause I've got two leaking I think

i do have a knocklite if youre looking for one

Washed the car after a 7 hour round trip. Car ran great, averaged 29 mpg. I was bored while letting the car dry, so I snagged a couple pics with a bad camera phone

I'm scared to start my car... I mean, it's not ready yet, but I'm nervous about the initial start up. Always like that, though. First time I ever disassembled a bike motor, I was convinced it would never run again. LOL Started up first try with no issues. Same way with my Civic build and engine rebuilds on my Jeeps... It's ******' scary man. I don't know why, but it always bothers me.

the trick is to when you're cranking it for the first time put the pedal to the floor that way when it starts up it goes straight up to redline and bounces so then you know everything is good lol.

actually did this with a 327 my dad and i built for a mud truck. it ran for a few seconds, held that b**** wide open for about 5-7 secs then shut it off. If you have oil psi when you start it back up, everything will be straight.

Though I dont recommend this lol

Hopefully there won't be a post on here later tonight with just a bunch of expletives...

Well... Yes... But we pulled it all out and rested the spark plug on the motor and it was getting spark so we figured it was fine, but come to find out it was sparking out the side of the boot on the plug, couldn't see it in the sun I guess lol but it's all fixed and ready for this weekend. You Going to cars and coffee before you go to streetwise?

Any suggestions on how to remove the stock headlights? Just a bunch of n00bs not knowing what we're doing here. Lol. Can't really find anything on the forum either. Thanks!
