OBD II not working at all>>>HELP

So i have a cobb a/p and try to plug into my car and nothing happens. A/p works when i plug it the computer so i know its not the tuner and it did work on my obd II before but then just stopped please help .... I checked the fuses and replaced even though none appeared bad.

Do you have access to a simple code-checker? I think I'd suspect the cable.

I did and it said it can't communicate with vehicle all tho it was a el chepo advance one

Problem is fixed simply unplugged ecu and plugged it back a than it was like magic everything started working ....LOL

Can you please tell me how to unplug the ECU? I have the same problem except I never blew my battery. I've tried unplugging the battery overnight, but that is not the same as unplugging the ECU right?
