So i have decided to finally make one of these so you guys can see my progress. Making it mostly for the tons of questions I always have, and so i dont have to keep throwing up random stupid threads lol

How the hell do i get this bolt off.? driver side rear bolt connecting the mani. to the turbo

Steel braid line that goes to the turbo...how do i get it off

7/16 wrench for the oil feed line I believe.

the bolt is stripped, replacing this mani has made me believe the person befor me really ****** this car up but yea the bolts stripped can even get a grip on it

update: finally got it off

take off the coolant line and you should be able to get it from the front.

The steel line that goes into the left side of the mani. what is that and do i need it becouse it doesnt go together did anyone else have this problem?
The dont line up the pope [art is at to much of an angle for the line to screw in

the EGR line? Some have blocked it off, but you will get a CEL I believe. You could make an EGR tube to fit if you figure out what fittings you will need. You could contact 505zoom and see what and where he got the parts to make the EGR line he uses for his intake manifolds. They are flexible.

ok but for now i can just block it off? with what do you suggest? and do i have to block off both sides dont really care about the CEL just need my car back

ok so i got my pope mani all installed but now my turbo is smoking a little any ideas why? need help fast gatta head to work soon lol

oil burning off of something maybe? since you had the turbo off...

i dunno prob a little hope thats all it is the mani got hot a **** real fast to like 2 min after i started it i burnt myself on it well hopefully i make it to work lol

Update: I did not make it to work lol everything ran fine the smoke went away BUT i was overheating really bad it was fine as i stood still it went down slowly but the faster i went the hotter it got had to pull off and catch a ride
any ideas why it would do that?

air in the system? thermostat? or what has happened to me twice, a heater hose blew. Another time, my water return elbow crapped out. Any noticeable coolant anywhere, hissing or steam?
