paypal dispute, really? Most of us paid around that time, if not earlier. If they would have read through the thread, they would have understood that they had to be made first. People that don't read are the main people causing problems..this is a prime example. I really hope whoever it was isn't on any of the 505 group buys. Oh my gosh, I can't even imagine the trouble that would stir up.

I just had someone file a paypal dispute because they paid on 8/3 and haven't received the item yet... BUT that means I do have one pipe available.

Don't people realize your a one man show? Ignorance is bliss I guess.

I sent a few pms to people who had expressed interest in the last pipe, but the response is that they were hoping to pay group buy pricing. The group buy is closed and the pipe will be sold for full retail - $340 for the pipe with flex and flange. If you would like to purchase the last pipe at that price please feel free to contact me, otherwise it will end up in the FS section sometime in the future.

Final downpipe has been sold... twice. I may be able to accomodate this as I have a casting I was planning to keep for show and tell, but I may just go ahead and part with it.

Sounds like somebody had buyers remorse and instead of being an adult about it, filed a dispute. Kind of a douche move if you ask me.

i was the one who canceled my order... sent him a PM at the same time as opening a dispute with paypal. i fully explained myself and had a pretty valid reason. i'm not one to sit around and hope i get my money back soon, i prefer to get s*** done immediately. does opening a dispute w/ paypal "light a fire under someone's ass"? sure does... got refunded within the hour.

my MSP is a DD. the past few days i've noticed a lack of pressure, and it was a little louder upfront. went to change my oil and saw that my stock J pipe was rusted out/cracked.

do i drive it anyway and hope i don't **** things up worse? no.

do i wait for the pope 3" DP to be completed and have no car until then? not an option.

luckly my buddy is great @ fabrication and works at an exhaust shop... AND he used to own a boosted 3rd gen protege (and currently, a MS3). he took it right in and started to work on a custom DP. (replacing S & J pipes)

3 pipes shipped yesterday and I built another 5 this morning. They will ship either today or early in the week. I'll post an update with names of who has shipped. Please don't pm looking for tracking and or eta. It takes a crazy amount of time to keep track of all that and I'd rather spend that time building and shipping your stuff.

Yes there is I just want to add to this. I was very happy with the service I received from ThePope . The product is great its just a shame I couldn't get my turbo install finished. Lack of cash and limited to no knowledge about these cars ECU's from the tuners over here. All you who have bought one of these downpipe will be happy with them .

You will have it any day - it was shipped last week. That being said, my site clearly states that there is a 2-3 week wait.
