What have you done to your MSP today?

replaced back rotors with slotted and new brakes. Tomorrow I'll be tidying up my engine bay with my lc-1 wideband setup and getting it hooked up to my SSAFC.

had state farm cut me anice check for hail damage. so now in search of local body shop to fix the dents, and find a way to repair my front bumper/msp lip so i can remove the "rock star" duct tape lol

what do you guys think about white es wheels?

gonna put the ES wheels on and use up the rubber on those tires. dont want it to go to waste. might paint it before i slap them on.

Not exactly today but for the past week I spent a ton of cash on new parts and now im waiting anxiously for them as my car is sitting on the lift without a transmission.... and hopefully the 505 IM will be done soon so I can install that too!

found more tiny pin hole holes in the radiator plastic... the mishimoto radiator is full one which eliminates the smic.. i dont have the $$$ for a fmic and set up as i am having to prep car for all these dent removals and fix the front bumper and lip... anyone have ideas on other radiators that will fit? other makes/models?

DIY FMIC for <300 including BOV.... see link in sig.

BIZ, gonna paint the whole thing titanium and leave it like that for a while. then i'm gonna plastidip the lower half. u still haven't sold ur black MSP yet?

new fuel pump and she starts right up! If you're going to do the fuel pump I'd recommend changing the hardware. It's m4 x .7 and 10mm in length.
Now to button her back up and taker her around the block

Omw home tonight, I noticed I was hitting 8psi. So I womped on it, and I felt a slight jerk and my cel came on. Got home and checked it. P103. I erased it then womped on it again. Check engine light came on again. Same code. Car runs fine when just driving, but under boost it gets real jerky. So what is my issue lol

P0103 OBD-II Trouble Code. Technical Description. Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit High Input

I get that from time to time but its due to me maxing out my maf due to running more boost then stock with the stock tuned ecu.

Does it make your car run funny?

Edit: omw to work I got on it, never got past 4 psi and it gets retarded jerky. And boost I hit, it does it. But no cel this time.

nope, just a really loud backfire around 10-12psi. I generally don't let it get that high but every now and then i romp on it and and the boost climbs faster then normal.. thus that code. i've switched out maf ect and didnt make any difference. I only get that code when its up in the higher boost range for these motors.

Normally my car will spike to 7-8ish psi, drop down to 6ish and rapidly climb up over 5k rmps. So the boost creep is very manageable but some times it just creeps up on me faster then normal. I just never really floor it going anywhere... more liek 1/2 ro 3/4 throttle at the most.

It does it as I get into boost. No check engine light. I was thinking, one of the only components that hasn't been replaced is my maf... Maybe thats it?

Also what's the life span of a atp wga? And I have no vac leak. Gauge is reading -21 - -.22

nice! i'm about to buy a new lip-lip and plastidip it before installation that way it doesn't fade as much as my current (sagging) lip-lip.

but nah, black MSP still available! i ran the autocheck the other day actually and found out it originated in VA beach!
