Thanks very much for your post. I forget how much time I spend on this car and it starts to look normal to me..

The TB is a
[h=1]BBK Performance 1652 65mm Power Plus Throttle Body Ford Mustang 01-04
[/h]It is not Bolt On (Requires new holes drilled)
It requires a main 65mm Hole
It requires a Mustang TPS (Will not work with Mazda ECU)

Will it work with my Haltech E6X ??? where did you got the TPS sensor brian ? when you say new holes is because they do not match or align or ???? btw what cams are you using on this new build ? im thinking of upgrading from JDM FZ-ZE Cams to Integral Stage 3 cams along with this TB but i just dont know if with these 2 addittions will make the car even more ridiculous to drive. I still need to fix my little issues with the Haltech to make it run on Sequential with a good balance and well done tune like yours, I really wish i knew how to tune my own s***..

The TPS sensor is the stock V6 Mustang TPS, it will work with the haltech, you will just need to recalibrate it.

The holes do not line up with the 505 or stock manifold. I needed to re-drill holes.

My cams are stock, I do not want an interference engine. I have a couple of spare heads that I will start to work on later this summer and I will see then how crazy I want to go.

ok Cool. by any chance do you have the part number for the TPS ? i might do the TB addition to my setup. what are you expecting from it ? any real gains and benefits ???? can i use the same wires that wires up the mazda TPS sensor or ill need to wire it differently ?

btw do you have pictures of how you did the new holes just to have an idea when i do mine.. thanks in advance.

I don't have the TPS yet. I will order it later.

I believe that it will use the same plug

I do not have a picture of the new holes

When I redid the holes, I used a cap screw from the back and bolted it from the front.

looking good man! if you got as much pashion about this car as i do with mine :) i hope to do what ur doin to urs some day :) goo zoom boom! or go back home!!! i love what youv been doin so far man! big props to you man! your the man in the big bad family hatch!! cant wait to see more

So Big Updates.. (I got back late last night and have not had the time to clean everything up)

Spent from 4 Pm till 11 Pm with the welder.

He was able to accomplish the following..
Weld AN16 Fitting on the In and Out port for the Radiator (Replaces bad Hose)
Weld the Fan Shroud to the front of the Radiator (No Room in stock location Because of GT30)
Weld AN16 In and Out on Mezire Electric Coolant Pump
Weld a Bracket to mount the pump
Create a Blanking Plate for the OEM Water Pump.

I've been told pusher style fans are less efficient than puller fans, any truth to that? Would the shroud on the front hinder air flow?

his fans wont fit the other way around on the rad so guess we will see, ive had my mishimoto fans as pushers for a while with no issues.

I have reversed the fans and reversed the direction of rotation. (Making the blades work aerodynamically again in the pusher role)

What you are talking about is when you do not use a shroud... If you notice, I have a sealed mount that sits 1cm away from the radiator... I did not just mount them directly.. So the air being moved by the fans has no choice but to pass through the rad.

the shroud makes high pressure on the front of the rad and I believe that they will be more effective than stock..

just so you know, I ran a single pusher fan for 9 years on MP5T so the discussion is a bit irreverent... this will work just fine...

Also, the shroud will not reduce cooling... If it were just a piece of cardboard, or the shroud was not fully sealed all around, then it would not cool well, but as air goes in the two holes, it must go out the rad, not simply pass around it..

I find it funny sometimes how people worship the ground you and your car drive on, and the responses you give regarding their opinions more or less shoot them down and make them feel like complete n00bs again.

Nothing I post was meant to be anything but informative.

The tone of my posts isn't always nice and if anyone finds insult in any of my posts, please accept my appoligies.

It isn't meant to belittle or insult.

Yeah, I know how you mean it Brian, I've been following your car for years. I just wanted to point it out. Continue on!

ya, sometimes your replies come off a "curt" but i've seen enough of your posts over the years to know you are just informing or giving your honest opinion....like the HD lip thread!! your builds are certainly beyond what anybody has done, so you do get the props and they're well deserved!

I wasn't trying to start anything, just asking questions. No worries. I'll probably mount mine as pushers too, thanks for the info.
