Tried to clean my MAF sensor. Broke the sensor. Now my Check engine light flashes, my car runs like crap, I'm misfiring and I need about $180 for a new sensor.
How's that for a fail
Jackie Chan, I like your style.
I did my front emblem flat black today. Not sure how to do the rear without breaking something
As far as failing at blacking out headlights, I couldn't get the glue to soften

+1^^ I used two flat screwdrivers to pry the two pieces apart. I also needed to put the headlight in the oven upside down to soften the glue on the bottom. Be gentle, but it will also take a fair amount of force. Ya just gotta go for it!
And for the rear emblems, you just need a hair dryer, and some fishing line. I just heated them up and shoved an old gift card behind them w/ no problems.
so I started mt plaid fetish this weekend . lol
I have zero experience when it comes to interior fabrication.
Not that hard at all. Made a few mistakes of course, but overall I really like the way it turned out so far.
The fabric was easy to work with and forgiving as well. If I messed up and there was a crease, I just simply stretched it out.
Turns out there I didn't have enough fabric to do the door panels like I wanted to. But I may order more and do that in the near future. I still have some material left for some smaller things should I feel the need.
Now I know this is not everyones thang, but I really like it quite a bit.
Love it or hate it...its all gravy.
:icon_lol:
probably do the shift boot as well. didnt have time this weekend. lol
