Suspension STILL squeaky after bushing replacement.

oops, posted this in the general forum when it should be here

Hi Mazda Friends,

Took our 5 to the shop at around 50,000 miles and had basically the entire suspension replaced. (New shocks, struts , bushings and sway bar links). The guys at my shop were saying that 50,000 miles was too soon for that amount of work but that's another story. So, on the first sub 40 degree day the bushings are squeaking again! My understanding was that the "new and improved" bushings don't squeak, does that sound right? Is it possible that they installed older style bushings? Has anyone else had the same problem with replacement bushings?

Thanks,

Greg

Looks like i have the same issue, few month after bushings was replaced the noise from rear side coming back. Right now it is not so loudly as was before, but it slowly getting stronger. looks like they are replacing one crap by other.

We have had different noises. The bushings in the back are squeaky when it's cold but have otherwise, held up fine. All the other suspension issues we have run into were a combination of rear shocks, struts, front bushings and swaybar links. Hopefully, the better quality struts and shocks might help.
